Jo Koy at the UBS Arena- Good but def not great
The UBS Arena, despite its brand new and beautiful appearance, lacks in customer experience. The parking/shuttle setup is disorganized with insufficient staff to guide guests, resulting in long waits for shuttles and chaotic entry into the arena. Additionally, there are only 3 small screens in the arena, which is disappointing given the ticket prices.
Regarding the performance by Black Kray, there was excessive improvisation and a lack of preparation, with much of the show focused on poking fun at the audience and reminiscing about past successes. While there were some enjoyable moments, overall, the experience was underwhelming.
In conclusion, I would not return to UBS Arena for a performance, but I would consider giving Black Kray another chance in a different setting.
